I am so glad you’re here! I would love to support you in reaching your goals whether you are new to therapy or returning, by meeting you where you are and working alongside you. My goal is to promote confidence in the skills you already have while discovering new ones, explore patterns, strengthen boundaries, increase awareness and coping mechanisms, all while nurturing growth to uncover your healthiest self.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2022 and have since provided therapy in private practice settings.

My specialties include emotion regulation, boundary setting, anxiety and depression, self esteem, social skills, grief, stress management, life transitions, and behavior challenges.

It would be an honor to be apart of your journey!

-Lindsey

With nearly a decade of experience in mental health care, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals, families, and communities access thoughtful, compassionate, and ethical counseling services. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emmanuel University and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winthrop University.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and consultant - guiding both clients and clinicians through life’s most challenging seasons. Whether I’m providing direct care, supporting new counselors through supervision, or consulting with practices to build meaningful, sustainable services, my goal is always the same: to center the therapeutic relationship, uphold ethical care, and promote healing in ways that are grounded, responsive, and human.

As the founder of Phases Counseling Collective, I’m proud to lead a practice that prioritizes quality over quantity, depth over quick fixes, and people over profit. I believe deeply in the power of a well-matched, well-supported therapist - and I’m committed to fostering a practice where both clients and clinicians can grow with intention.
